Donation by Mail
Print the
donation form(pdf) from this website or contact us to have one sent to you. Complete the form, write the check payable to Yuma's Education Scholarship Fund for Kids, Inc. and mail to 4027 S Navel Avenue, Yuma, AZ 85365. A tax receipt will be sent to you by mail. A donation made on or before April 15 following the close of the taxable year may be applied to either the current
or preceding taxable year and is considered to have been made on the last day of that taxable year.
Online Donation
Thank you for choosing to bless a child with education. When you click on the Donate link, a new window will be opened and you will be redirected to a secure site managed by PayPal*.
- Enter the purpose (recommended student name and/or school) and your donation amount, then click Update Total.
- If you are an existing PayPal user you may expedite your donation by using the login form on the lower right-hand side of the screen. Non-PayPal users must click on Continue link on the bottom section titled Don't have a PayPal account?.
- On the next page you will be prompted to enter your name, address, credit card information, and email address.
- Once you have entered your information, click on the Review Donation and Continue button to review and submit donation.

Notice
A School Tuition Organization cannot award, restrict, or reserve scholarships solely on the basis of a donor's recommendation. A taxpayer may not claim a credit if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer's own dependant.
