Your donation will reduce the amount of tax paid to the State of Arizona by up to the maximum Arizona tax credit limit set for each year. Instead, the amount of your donation will help to pay the tuition of students at schools that build a quality education upon biblical principles.
The Yes! Fund for Kids is dedicated to increasing the opportunities for children to receive a nongovernmental or Christian education through the efficient implementation of the provisions of the Arizona Private School Tuition Tax Credit.
Yuma's Education Scholarship Fund for Kids, Inc. (Yes! Fund for Kids) is a School Tuition Organization in accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. 43-1089, A.R.S. 43-1089.03, and A.R.S. 43-1183. It was incorporated in 2003 for the purpose of implementing the Arizona Private School Tuition Tax Credit and is a tax-exempt charitable organization pursuant to section 501C(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Donations are accepted year round, but must be post marked by April 15 to be considered a 2011 tax credit. A.R.S. 43-1089 G says that a contribution that is made on or before the 15th day of the 4th month following the close of the taxable year may be applied to either the current or preceding taxable year.
